GLOBAL: Saudi Arabian telecommunications firm Mobily has signed for two Murabahah facilities, backed separately by the Finnish Export Credit Agency (Finnvera) and the Swedish Exports Credit Guarantee Board (EKN). The facilities, funded by Finvera (US$280 million) and EKN (US$281 million) respectively, will be used to fund the acquisition of telecommunications equipment and related services from Ericsson and Nokia Solutions and Network (Nokia Networks) Branch Operations Oy.
Deutsche Bank, Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, and Societe Generale were the mandated lead arrangers, advised by Allen & Overy.
