OMAN: Mazoon Electricity has floated its first-ever Sukuk facility for the amount of US$500 million. According to a press release, the Rule144A/Reg S 10-year paper has a profit rate of 5.2% and is arranged by JPMorgan Securities, Bank Muscat, KFH Capital Investment Company, Abu Dhabi First Bank, Noor Bank and Warba Bank.
