KAZAKHSTAN: Malaysia will implement five signature projects in Kazakhstan that will become the catalyst for more Malaysian investments in the Central Asian country, said Najib Razak, the Malaysian prime minister.
Under the Islamic banking project, Malaysia will train Kazakh government officials in Islamic banking, and invest in one of the country’s Islamic banks.
Razak also suggested Kazakhstan issue its planned sovereign Sukuk in Malaysia.
