UAE: Emirates Islamic has concluded its debut US$500 million syndicated financing facility, which carries a three-year tenor, IFN has learned. Proceeds from the commodity Murabahah-structured term financing will be used for general corporate funding purposes. Emirates NBD Capital, HSBC Bank Middle East and Standard Chartered Bank acted as the global coordinators and mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners for the deal.
