This research is vital to be documented as one of the grounding research works done without any financial support or grant. This is viewed with the objective of assisting the relevant authorities to view the Brunei communities in terms of developing small and medium enterprises. This study can provide a few good directions for policy makers in their attempts to reduce the poverty problem.and it is hoped that this research will encourage the relevant governmental and private institutions that concern with poverty alleviation to take appropriate steps to introduce programs to resolve this problem.
