AFGHANISTAN: The IsDB, in its capacity as the trustee of the Afghanistan Humanitarian Trust Fund (AHTF), has signed agreements with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to support education, healthcare and livelihood opportunities in Afghanistan, according to an official statement.
