OMAN: Noor Uddin Asmatullah has resigned as the head of internal audit at Al Madina Takaful due to personal reasons, said a bourse filing. His last working day was the 10th August 2023, and his replacement will be disclosed after the company obtains the necessary approval from the Capital Market Authority and Al Madina Takaful’s board of directors.
