EGYPT: Investment bank ADI Capital has signed a EGP1.65 billion (US$53.35 million) Shariah compliant syndicated facility in favor of construction firm Kharafi National Company to finance the company’s working capital requirements across a diversified pool of projects, a press release read. ADI Capital acted as the sole financial advisor and sole bookrunner for the transaction.
