UAE: Ajman Bank’s board of directors has approved the draft invitation to shareholders to subscribe for new shares in a rights issue, in respect of the bank’s capital increase by way of a rights issuance for an amount of up to AED550 million (US$149.72 million) by way of issuance of up to 550 million shares, including the final dates in relation to the bank’s capital increase which will be published on the 16th June 2023, according to a bourse filing.
