MALAYSIA: RAM has assigned a final ‘AA3/Stable’ rating to Exsim Capital’s fourth issuance (Tranche 4 Islamic medium-term note (IMTN)) worth RM300 million (US$64.92 million) under its RM2 billion (US$432.79 million) Sukuk Musharakah program, according to a rating note. The rating is driven by the fact that the transaction documents reflect the transaction structure represented during the preliminary rating exercise.
