Saudi fintech sector records 37% growth
SAUDI ARABIA: Saudi Arabia’s fintech sector has recorded a 37% growth in 2021, with the number of active fintech companies reaching 82 from 60 recorded in 2020, Fintech Saudi said in its recently published Annual Report 2021. The report also showed growth in investment in lending in 2021, which includes investments in Islamic fintech companies Forus, Lendo and Raqamyah.
