MALAYSIA: AmInvest has launched AmIncome Sofwah, its latest Sukuk fund that focuses principally on local Sukuk and Islamic money market instruments, a statement said. The fund is offered for subscription at an initial offer price of RM1 (24.27 US cents) per unit until the 6th July 2021. “Against the backdrop of the prevailing low interest rate environment, the fund is suitable for retail and institutional investors seeking higher yields,” Goh Wee Peng, the chief executive of AmInvest, said.
