MALAYSIA: RAM has assigned final ratings of ‘AAA/Stable’ and ‘AA2/Stable’ to Zamarad Assets’s Tranche 5 RM85 million (US$20.78 million) Class A Sukuk and RM15 million (US$3.67 million) Class B Sukuk respectively. According to a statement, the Tranche 5 Sukuk facility is the fifth issuance under Zamarad’s RM2 billion (US$489.01 million) Sukuk Murabahah Program, sponsored by RCE Marketing.
