SAUDI ARABIA: The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) has announced the issuance of licenses for businesses that support financing activities in the Kingdom, according to a statement. The first license for a company of this type was granted to the National Finance Services Company, a closed joint stock company with a capital of SAR80 million (US$21.25 million).
