Danajamin guarantees TAV’s Sukuk
MALAYSIA: Financial guarantee insurer Danajamin has announced in a statement that it is guaranteeing a RM30 million (US$7.18 million) Tranche 1 Sukuk Murabahah Islamic commercial paper as credit enhancement to Trinity Asia Ventures’s (TAV) RM52 million (US$12.44 million) Tranche 1 Sukuk Musharakah Islamic medium-term note program of RM1.5 billion (US$358.92 million).
