MALAYSIA: MARC, in a statement, has announced that it has affirmed the ‘AAAIS’ rating on Gas District Cooling (GDC) Putrajaya’s RM300 million (US$72.88 million) Bai Bithaman Ajil debt securities with a stable outlook. The rating affirmation factors in a three-notch rating uplift for the parental support from Putrajaya Holdings, as well as GDG Putrajaya’s strong competitive position and steady revenue stream generated under long-term offtaker agreements.
