MALAYSIA: Syarikat Takaful Malaysia (STMB) has reported a net profit of RM45.35 million (US$11.13 million) for the April-June 2016 period compared with RM38.99 million (US$9.57 million) achieved in the corresponding period in the preceding year, according to a bourse filing. STMB also observed an increase in net profit for the first six months ending the 30th June 2016 to RM91.71 million (US$22.51 million) from the previous year’s RM85.26 million (US$20.93 million).
