UAE: Emaar Properties is planning to issue a US$500 million, seven-year Sukuk this week; with early profit guidance on the sale ranging between 6.5-6.63%. The firm received US$2.5 billion-worth of orders during bookbuilding on the 11th July, allowing its profit guidance to tighten from 6.75% indicated earlier. It is expected to price the papers today.
