UAE: Commerzbank, The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and Standard Bank Group are said to have walked out on talks for Dubai Group’s US$10 billion debt restructuring.   The banks, part of a committee of creditors of the debt, have also threatened to bring legal action against the group, demanding immediate payment of its obligations.
