QATAR: CI has affirmed Qatar Islamic Bank’s financial strength rating (FSR) at ‘A’; reflecting the bank’s overall strong credit metrics, a robust operating environment and its franchise. However, it assigned a negative outlook to the bank’s FSR in view of the continued decline in its profitability over the past three years.
