UK: Bank of London and The Middle East (BLME) has acquired a third property for its Light Industrial Building Fund.
The property, which is located in an industrial park near the town of Warrington, marks BLME’s first asset purchased in the north west of England and provides the bank with further geographical diversification for the fund.
Launched in April 2011 and due to close later this year, the fund is expected to return an annualized yield of over 8% with quarterly cash dividends.
