QATAR: The Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority (QFCRA) has appointed George Pickering as managing director of its policy and enforcement division. Pickering’s role includes ensuring that the authority keeps abreast with industry developments, responding to new industrial initiatives, and supervising all aspects of enforcement related activities.
