Sovereign sukuk issuance to stabilize in 2023 after two years of declining volumes
Global long-term sovereign sukuk issuance volumes will stabilize in 2023 at around last year's level, following the declining trend since the all-time high in 2020. Lower domestic sukuk issuances by Saudi Arabia (A1 stable) will be more than offset by a rebound in volumes elsewhere.
