BAHRAIN: The shareholders of SICO, a Bahraini investment bank which provides brokerage services that cover Sukuk among others, have approved the proposed distribution of BHD3.09 million (US$8.13 million) in cash dividends for the financial year ended the 31st December 2018, at a rate of 8% of nominal value, representing eight Bahraini fils (2.1 US cents) per share, according to an announcement.
