MALAYSIA: Government-owned public infrastructure company Syarikat Prasarana Negara (Prasarana) has conveyed to Islamic Finance news that the second tranche of its RM2 billion (US$604.98 million) Sukuk Ijarah program is expected to be issued in the fourth quarter of this year. The company’s issuance of its first tranche on the 21st August 2013, which amounted to RM1 billion (US$302.49 million), was oversubscribed by three times.
