London-based Shariah compliant investment bank Gatehouse Bank last year joined forces with Sigma Capital to develop the largest private rented sector development in the UK. Completed in early 2016, IFN managing editor Lauren McAughtry visited the pioneering new development in Salford, Manchester to speak with key players and discover what makes the new project so special.
