Moody’s regards Indonesia’s (Baa2 stable) credit profile as being supported by its large economic size, low fiscal deficits and modest debt burden. These features are counterbalanced by a weak revenue base that constrains debt affordability, reliance on external market funding, and a degree of economic concentration that leaves the economy vulnerable to commodity cycles.
