MALAYSIA: Malaysia Building Society (MBSB) will swap its structured covered Sukuk with fresh structured covered Sukuk to be issued by its recently acquired Asian Finance Bank, pending Sukukholders’ approval, according to RAM Ratings which currently rates all four tranches of MBSB’s ‘AA1’-rated structured covered Sukuk.
