PALESTINE: Azzam Shawwa, the governor of the Palestine Monetary Authority, during his visit to Housing Bank for Trade and Finance and Arab Bank branches in Palestine, praised the role of Jordanian banks and their continued support for the Palestine economy alongside Palestinian banks as they contributed to the Ezz Waqf Fund and provided financing to the Ministry of Finance to help pay the salaries of public sector employees, according to a statement.
