BAHRAIN: The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) has announced in a press release that the monthly issue of its BHD26 million (US$68.5 million) Sukuk Ijarah was oversubscribed, receiving BHD104.78 million (US$276.06 million) in subscriptions. The Sukuk facility carries a tenor of 182 days and will mature on the 2nd November 2023 with an expected return of 6.05% compared with 6% of the previous issue on the 6th April 2023.
