SAUDI ARABIA: Law firm Addleshaw Goddard has hired Ibrahim Siddiki, Homam Khoshaim and an unnamed lawyer from the US as partners for its newly-launched Riyadh office, according to a press release. Previously, Ibrahim led the Saudi Arabia corporate mergers and acquisitions practice in Bracewell’s Dubai office, while Homam handled mergers and acquisitions at Latham & Watkins’s Riyadh office.
